Spirit of the Joyous

The twin sister to my other drawing, and although black really doesn't suit her too much, it was the only color of background that fit? Like, I tried white and a few other related colors, but none of them made her stand out too much. You'd be paying more attention to the background itself than to her, and that wasn't what I wanted to do at all. Her right wing is torn in many places, and due to damage to the actual skin of the wing, some of her feathers have yet to grow back. When flying, it's noted that her right wing will flap harder and faster than the left one, to keep her in the air.
